The Whitley is a fantastic luxury apartment complex. In addition to being in a prime location of St. Paul, the amenities exceed my expectations. I personally love the yoga studio and coffee room. The apartment size, design, and aesthetic is great. The management is kind and efficient as well!

Would Highly recommend living here. Staff is super friendly and easy to work with. Always clean and friendly staff from maintenance to the cleaning crew crew. Great location near CHS field and farmers market within blocks. Quiet place to live with the busy area!

I absolutely love The Whitley. The apartments are new, clean and well designed. The common spaces are always well kept and the staff communicates well and fixes any issues quickly. Being so close to downtown to have all the experiences that it offers without feeling like you're living downtown in the city is something I appreciate the most.

The Whitley is a great community and building. The amenities are well stocked and kept very tidy and clean. The maintenance team are very responsive and leasing office communicates well. The units are also very modern and comfortable.

I've had a wonderful experience at my community thus far. There are no complaints that I can think of thus far. Staff is friendly and helpful when I need them! I will be renewing my lease for another year.

So far, the community has been nothing but wonderful! People are friendly, the front desk is staffed by a wonderful person, who whenever they are able, are very helpful and are incredibly sociable! The area is beautiful, and the building is very well kept!
